The abundance of archaeological sites in the Aegean Sea, legacy of the ancient civilizations that have emerged here provide the inspiration for this unique course. Through a combination of field work and classroom sessions, students will discover the significant role of the marine element in the development of Aegean maritime cultures. Participants will be able to appreciate and experience in the field, the reasons behind the continuous emergence of maritime cultures and civilizations in the Aegean archipelago. Our guest lecturers and staff make presentations on renowned discoveries and prominent marine research projects they have been involved with. Nestled in the heart of the Cyclades, the crossroads of ancient maritime routes linking mainland Greece to Asia Minor, Paros is the perfect setting for this course.

Cost Include Description:
Includes all tuition fees, PADI Open Water and Advanced scuba diving courses, Monday through Friday lunch, all equipment for snorkeling and diving, boat trips, sailing lessons, field-sessions and accommodation in individual studios for the duration of the course.
