Durations of Program: 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 5-8 weeks and 3-6 months

Description: We offer 2, 4, and 8-week language programs for high school students. Those that have already graduated are eligible to participate in the TEFL certification course.

All of our courses include home stay with a local family. The home stays are modern, comfortable and within walking distance of Dunham Institute. You will have your own room and bathroom and in most cases maid service. The home stay does not include meals, you will have to cook for yourself. You have full use of the family kitchen and space to store your groceries.

All classes are taught by certified teachers from the local community that have more than 5 years experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

We try to begin a course the first Monday of every month, but start dates are flexible.

Highlights: There are cultural activities in the afternoon, after class, in pottery, wood carving and the traditional Llaca Painting. There are also workshops in learing how to play the traditional instrument Marimba.
