Education in Singapore for Foreign/International students ONLY! Scholarship for studies in Secondary and Pre-University Government/Government-Aided/Independent/Public schools in Singapore. The GCE 'O' Level Certificate and the GCE 'A' Level Certificate is an internationally recognised qualification that allows you to apply for studies worldwide. GCE is General Certificate (Cambridge) Examination. Schools are under Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore. Read up on how you may apply for the scholarship. Secondary Three Scholarship The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two: - Nationals of the Philippines
- Between 14+ to 16+ years old
- Completed at least High School Year 2
- Preference will be given to those who have completed High School Year 3
- Application typically opens in June
