Education in Singapore for Foreign/International students ONLY! Scholarship for studies in Secondary and Pre-University Government/Government-Aided/Independent/Public schools in Singapore. The GCE 'O' Level Certificate and the GCE 'A' Level Certificate is an internationally recognised qualification that allows you to apply for studies worldwide. GCE is General Certificate (Cambridge) Examination. Schools are under Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore. Read up on how you may apply for the scholarship. Secondary Three Scholarship The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two: - Nationals of India
- Between 14+ to 16+ years old
- At least an average of 85% in the Standard 6,7 & 8 school examinations
- Possess a high level of oral and written competency in English Pre-University One Scholarship The Scholarship is for 2 years of Pre-University studies in selected Singapore Junior Colleges: - Nationals of India
- Between 16+ to 18+ years old
- At least an average of 85% with English as first language in the Standard 10 State/National examinations
- Application typically opens in June
