Duration of Program: 2-4 weeks
Description:
Our small school in Almunecar, is less than 100 meters from the beach and offers a family atomsphere. Housed in a modern white washed building, it has 5 comfortable and bright classrooms. Most host families are located within the city centre so students can walk to/from the school. Standard language program: 4 Lessons of daily instruction (20 lessons per week) - max of 10 students per class The first day at the school is dedicated to welcoming students, to testing students language level and to make sure everyone is familiar with the school premises, regulations and its surroundings. A placement test is administered to determine the student's level of Spanish. This way, students can start lessons straight away after they have been placed at the appropriate level. If a student is an absolute beginner, they do not have to take a test, and they can start lessons immediately. Our course is designed to ensure that students enjoy their Spanish classes as much as they enjoy the rest of the course program, so classroom activities are therefore varied, involve tasks or games that make the learning process interesting and fun. Host Family: (privateroom) with 3 meals daily. The families are located between 5 to 15 minutes travelling distance from the school. We recommend this accommodation option for older (15 years and over), mature participants who have some previous international travel experience.
Highlights:
Almunecar, overlooking the crystal-clear and calm Mediterranean Sea, is considered one of the prettiest and most picturesque spots of the "Tropical Coast of Granada". A mountain landscape rolling down to the sea where avocados, custard apples, mangoes, papayas, bananas and guavas grow. This is only possible because of the exceptional temperature of the area, between 18ºC (64ºF) in the winter and 25ºC (77ºF) in the summer. Especially famous is the beauty of its sea floor. The town is easy to reach, less than one hour's drive from the cities of Malaga and Granada.
Cost Include Description:
- STANDARD: 4 group lessons daily (20 lessons per week)

- Classes are 50 minutes long
- Host family accommodation in single or double room with 3 meals daily
