Description: All our sport camps are developed and organised by a professional team from our sports branch: Sports Elite Jeunes. Those Sport Camps Aim To:

- make the teenagers discover and like sports
- contribute to the harmonious development of the teenagers
- allow teenagers to practise various activities with all security
- lead them to an improvement in the sport practice, or the French studies or the group integration
- make them like the effort and gain self confidence
- make them share the human basic values such as generosity, respect,
game spirit, friendship, tolerance

The participants are mainly French, the monitors are French, and the foreign students will no doubt profit from this sport camp to improve their French skills, as they will be surrounded by French people, 24 hours a day.

The camps are organized in Vichy. Vichy is a very famous town, renowned for its mineral water and to be the town for sports. We run camps on 5 campuses in the town, since 1979.

The student selects the sport that he/she wants to practise intensively during the camp: football, tennis, basketball. During the week-end, and in accordance with all the campers, leisure activities are planned such as basket ball, volleyball, football, swimming, games, town visit, parties.

The students take advantage of their stay in France to improve their French knowledge during the French lessons, and to practice different sports or one sport to choose among Basketball, Football (soccer) or tennis.

French language and sport creates a great balance for an interesting and fun stay in France.

The French lessons are given by teachers specialized in teaching French as a foreign language, and have effective teaching methods. The campers are given 15 hours French lessons per week (3 hours in the morning, from Monday to Friday) in groups of about 15 students. The groups are defined according to the French level (test on arrival) and the age of the participants. They emphasise the lessons on vocabulary, grammar, language laboratory, video, communication, always involving the participation of the students.

These French lessons are associated with sports practices lead by qualified monitors (who guide the campers all day long).

This Program is open to American, Australian, Canadian, European, Kiwi, South African and Worldwide Participants.
