Description: This summer, study abroad! Sessions at England's Cambridge University offered by ASA are remarkable opportunities to enhance your knowledge while broadening your cultural background. Students in ASA's Cambridge Summer Study Abroad Program experience the extraordinary atmosphere of scholarship and learning at one of the world's most celebrated educational institutions. You will have ample time to enjoy one of England's most beautiful cities and socialize with students from around the world.

Cambridge abounds in architectural glories, shops, restaurants and museums. 'The Backs' that lie between the colleges and the river Cam and the courts within the colleges provide a sanctuary from the energy of a thriving city. You will study like a true Cambridge University undergraduate, and be living at the university's Corpus Christi College.

The charm of Cambridge lies not just in the academic reputation of the university and the splendor of its buildings, but also in its natural surroundings and green open spaces.

ASA The Cambridge Experience

Highlights: The Cambridge Experience is an opportunity for you to enjoy challenging classes, a wide variety of extracurricular activities and a full schedule of excursions so you can experience Cambridge and England in a special way.

On a full-day visit to London, discover one of the most exciting international cities in the world, whose history goes back to Roman times. For example, you may:

* visit historic Westminster Abbey - a house of kings.
* take in Ely Cathedral, ranked as the favorite cathedral of England
* explore the fascinating network of secret underground tunnels built beneath Dover Castle during World War II
* visit the world-renowned National Gallery in London's famed Trafalgar Square
* attend a show at London's famed Globe Theatre, an exquisite replica of William Shakespeare's famous theatre
* experience the Imperial War Museum, Duxford, site of the historic Battle of Britain airfield, featuring an enormous collection of military and civil aircraft
