Description: Experience the vibrant culture of Spain with a welcoming host family!   Take your Spanish to the next level through small-group language classes with teens from around the world. In the afternoon, discover the arts, traditions, and the natural beauty of Spain through cultural activities and excursions. You might explore ancient Roman ruins, sample fruits at a local market, marvel at the architecture of the Moors, or cook a giant paella. Most evenings and weekends are free time for you to get to know the everyday life and culture of your host family and to practice your new language skills, of course!

Choose between four locations and decide on your program dates. Stay for 2, 4 or even 6 weeks! If you want to experience the traditional atmosphere in a small coastal town while being close to the exciting metropolis Barcelona, Tarragona is the right place for you. To gain an insight into the unique culture of the Basque Country, spend your summer in San Sebastian. In Cadiz and Seville, you can feel the energy of Andalusia at local festivities and enjoy strolling through the historic city centers.

Andeo-International Homestays's Mission Statement: Andeo-International Homestays is a non-profit organization specializing in short-term homestay programs since 1981. We design programs for students, teachers and families who are excited about developing friendships that span the globe. We work with carefully selected foreign organizations that are experienced and respected in the areas of homestays and exchange programs. Together, we coordinate all of the elements essential to a successful homestay: careful selection and matching, preparation, support and follow-up. We offer summer immersion homestay programs for high school students in Spain, France, Mexico, and Germany. We also offer programs that combine a homestay with classes, volunteer opportunities and activities in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, France, Germany and Japan.
