Description: Ibiza (Eivissa in Catalan) is an island in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Spain. Ibiza is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, an autonomous community of Spain. Ibiza is famous for its amazing nightlife, but it's also blessed with stunning beaches, great natural beauty, picturesque villages and a rich history. For instance, in Ibiza town (Vila d'Eivissa), where our Spanish language school is based, the walled old town dates back more than 400 years!

The historic old town ('D'Alta Vila') and the marina are only a few minutes away from our city centre school. The classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with audio and video devices. After your Spanish lessons, you can continue studying using the free Internet access available, or with books and CDs from the library. Alternatively, you can socialise with other students in the student lounge, or in one of the many nearby cafés and bars.

Our school arranges an exciting array of activities. Firstly, there'll be a guided tour of the town, followed by activities such as Flamenco classes, horse riding, museum trips, wine tasting, Spanish movie nights, boat trips and theatre evenings. Our school also organises water sports in Ibiza's warm Mediterranean waters, including scuba diving, sailing and windsurfing! Please note that some of these activities do carry an extra cost.

Excursions are often planned for Saturdays, with regular destinations including the enchanting island of Formentera and the incredible caves of Can Marca.

Highlights: All of our school's courses run at every level, from beginner to advanced, so you can learn Spanish in Ibiza regardless of your current level! The most popular course is the Intensive course of 20 lessons per week, which is designed to raise your overall level of Spanish.
