An Art & Design Foundation is an essential requirement for students who wish to progress to degree-level studies of art & design in the UK. We offer the full range of Art & Design disciplines: Fine Art (painting, sculpture & printmaking) Film & Video Photography Applied craft Fashion & Textiles Graphic Design & Illustration Theater Arts 3D Architecture 3D Product Life Drawing Visual Studies Contextual Studies Information Technology for Artists Our approach to creative learning is unique, highly personalized and guaranteed to ensure you meet your full potential. Our tutors are all professional artists, designers and practitioners including a pattern cutter for Yves Saint Laurent, Artist in Residence at Christs College Cambridge and an Award-Winning sculptor in metals. Our Foundation students progress to the leading art and design schools around the world, including: London College of Fashion, Central St Martins, Istituto Marangoni, Parsons New York, University of Japan, New York Film Academy, Kingston University and Falmouth College of Art.

We have first-class facilities. Our Studios - including Mac suites, woodwork rooms, photography and dark room facilities, sewing machine and dye rooms and fine art studios - are open seven days a week, twelve hours a day. All our tutors and lecturers are practicing artists or designers and bring invaluable skills and industry practice to each program. Students also benefit from a comprehensive support network, including daily personal tutor contact, highly-qualified Higher Education advisers and trained support councilors.
